He made recommendations that were clearly in our best interest, rather than in the sake of getting the best commission. With prices going up so much on everything these days, it made all the difference in the world to know we weren't getting swindled. Fitzy also followed up repeatedly to make sure everything was going well with our new car and the transition from our old lease. Fitzy and McGovern Honda have us as customers for life! :) More

We arrived to look at one particular vehicle, which we had confirmed was "in stock." We were delighted to get to meet, and work with, the legendary John Fitzpatrick. Fitzy walked us through the many features and explained the add-on packages in full. They were all great deals. He helped us to tweak the numbers so that both sides were happy with the end result. It is no wonder that he is a multi-year Gold Master recipient and his title of Senior Automotive Professional was on display throughout. We would also like to mention how easy Ben Dorne made the paperwork feel. The finance folks do a mountain of paperwork! Ben was able to explain each step to us clearly. He was pleasant and jovial the whole time. We know we will be back to visit for routine maintenance and such. We feel confident that the service staff will also be outstanding. We look forward to meeting them. We are very pleased with our McGovern Honda of Boston (in Everett) experience. Thank you very much. More
