After a very civil conversation he came to a decision that was fair and will induce me to return for future visits should my car need repair.

When you finally meet someone that meets every expectation you ever had about servicing your automobile and you finally find that perfect combination of service and sales, well your day just gets better and better. Chuck Leyman and Rodd Bowman handle your service needs even before you are aware that your car needs attention. The most important issue for me is the complete transparency of honesty about what your car needs and how to handle the repairs. No high pressure just straight forward transfer of knowledge that the customer can understand and deal with. Yes, I recommend the dealership and the staffing.

Had an appointment to get the breaks replaced. Got in and got it done. Additional recommendations were done in regards to the state of my truck. I was hoping for the shuttle to take me home, but it was not available and by the time it was available it was 30 minutes before job was completed. Other than that. Great service and communication from Ashlyn throughout the process. I especially like the communication from maintenance technician with the video and options to accept or decline services with exact charge listed for my review. Overall great experience.
