Ross Downing GMC service department is so excellent. I called and scheduled my vehicle (2021 Yukon Denali) for oil change and 30,000 mile maintenance on a Wed., hoping to get a Thurs. appointment. I did: 11am Thursday. I brought it in on Wed. evening, and my service rep, Robert, called on Thursday at 10:15 am to say my service was complete and my car was ready to go. He also asked if I needed to be picked up by their driver to get my vehicle, which I didn't, but it was nice of him to ask! Everyone in their service department is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of you!

Service rep, Bill, is always courteous and gracious. Work was completed as promised, including a last minute request for oil change. My only complaint is not being able to call the rep directly. We knew we would be close to closing time picking up the vehicle , so we called around 4:30 to notify. We had to leave a voice mail at the general service number. No one ever acknowledged the call.

Thought I had a major issue but problem was due to the wrong battery that was sold to me by an auto parts store over a year ago. Seems my Sierra takes a special Duralast battery that was installed by Legacy and solved all my issues costing a fraction of what I thought I might face.

I must commend Mr. Mitch, service manager. I was sorry to see that he was promoted to service manager but the administration at Legacy couldn’t have found a better man for the job. It has always been a pleasure dealing with Mr. Mitch when he was a service writer and now that he’s the service manager I feel more comfortable than ever having Legacy service my vehicles. With him as manager I’m absolutely confident my service will be done right and ready as promised. When I do come to the dealership I make a point to tell him hello and he always greets my by my first name with a smile and handshake. It’s great to be part of the Legacy family. She helped me with my new grand Jeep Cherokee I had it two weeks and the transmission went out it was a brand new vehicle I was so upset I was devastated. But Haley assured me that they would get it fixed for me and check everything out they also put my left on for me better the Jeep ones they were just awesome Haley was great she was wonderful sweetheart very concerned about me and I was just very satisfied with her I'll give her the highest review she can get thank you so much this is Paige Evans
