Oil change with appointment took forever. Then when my wife asked 5 different employees to please show her how to fold her side mirrors electrically.no one could answer her and when a tech wa Then when my wife asked 5 different employees to please show her how to fold her side mirrors electrically.no one could answer her and when a tech was called he said he is a technician not the tech guy! Like really what's is going on over there? Just a sad day for the dealership!!!! More

Great dealership that happens to sell great cars. They have great facilities which includes an extremely nice waiting area, comfortable chairs, soft drinks, coffee and pastries. I get my car washed free weekly at no charge. Impossible to beat their cars or service. I highly recommend Price Leblanc Lexus. More

The IT instructions did not adequately address problems with the navigation and adaptive cruise control systems. The owner's manual is not as clear and easy to understand as it should be. Despite reaching out for assistance, Mr. Goodson never returned my calls. While Mr. George was helpful, he was unable to assist with all of the issues I faced. Thank you for your help. More
