My service advisor was prompt and assisted me well when I arrived. The wait was fair but when it was time to leave I walked to my vehicle and it was nasty in the inside (I have pictures). I immediately walke arrived. The wait was fair but when it was time to leave I walked to my vehicle and it was nasty in the inside (I have pictures). I immediately walked back into the service area lobby because there was no way I was leaving with my car that dirty. This correction pushed me past my time and had me late for a meeting. When it came back after the clean up it was still dirty and the service advisor and myself wiped it down. Doors, floor mats, seat, headrest, etc were just filthy and nasty. While cleaning the inside the service advisor said the tech was new and he's not used to having to keep the vehicles clean because he came from a jiffy or Quick Lube. She then says that's why she has dark interior. Well, we all can't be so lucky and I just so happen to like my light interior. More
