Here’s a real review for you. I’m sure they’ll hide it so customers can’t see how they really perform. Bought a WAGONEER from this dealership. Dealer scratched the wheel on a test drive and is steadily coming up with reasons not to fix it. There is no general manager and only one person, who happens to be on vacation, that can make decisions. Brian, the service manager, was very dismissive with my wife and has no desire to make things right with customer. He only gives excuses. Asked about the owner but apparently he’s not available and doesn’t talk to customers. Avoid this dealer at all cost. More

Overcharge me $50 per tire for 4 tires but won't tell me what type of tires they are putting on my car to comparison shop. Give me no loaner even though I have the best warranty and then keep my vehicle for what type of tires they are putting on my car to comparison shop. Give me no loaner even though I have the best warranty and then keep my vehicle for days longer than expected. Worst, they took my $100 fee to do a warranty covered respond the didn't replace the broken item. I still can't shift safely, Always an overcharge or upcharge for trying to use a dodge warranty there. More

We took in our Pacifica to diagnose auto start/stop issues. They replaced a battery terminal and told us it was fixed. 2 days later we had to jump the car to bring it back in. They claimed it was a issues. They replaced a battery terminal and told us it was fixed. 2 days later we had to jump the car to bring it back in. They claimed it was a dead battery, so I replaced the battery. When I brought in the "dead" battery, the auto parts place said the battery was good. The next day the car would not start with the new battery, even with a jump. We wound up towing it elsewhere to get properly fixed. More

Worst experience ever! Feel like this is borderline criminal behavior from service department. I've told so many people about my experience and no one believes I was treat Feel like this is borderline criminal behavior from service department. Maybe the charged battery that could crank the vehicle was really not able to process my recall, but no one I have spoken to thinks that sounds right. The dealership then threatened to charge me diagnostic fees and 500 for a battery even though I went in for the exploding battery recall. Wasted days of my time and hundreds of dollars before going to another dealership for help. I never intend to use this dealership again. More

The person who rotated my tires forgot to adjust and check the pressures afterwards. Therefore, when I got home, I saw my front tires read' low pressure'. The front pressures were 45psi and should have check the pressures afterwards. Therefore, when I got home, I saw my front tires read' low pressure'. The front pressures were 45psi and should have been 55psi. The rear should have been 45psi, but were instead at 55psi. Of note, on the inspection sheet, it read all my tire pressures were 40psi. More
