Some time ago,I had my 2013 volkswagen diagnosed with a flywheel replacement as well as an exhaust flap. When I finally brought it in for repair, there were other issues as well that needed to addressed. JOE GREEN the service manager WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only keep his promise on the previously stated quote from the initial diagnosis,but made it extremely affordable to pay for the issues that were found later. I was a little inconvienced with how long i had to wait for the final repair diagnosis,but he made sure to keep me up to date AND once the car was ready,he had it dropped off in my driveway to make up for the wait. Joe was very professional along with being fair. If professionalism & fairness are what you look for,visit Highland Volkswagen...I am a regular customer here & I definitely recommend this location!!!!!!!

I originally went to the dealership to change out my summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expire. I asked service to get a quote for me and was referred to Jaylon and Ashley. They showed me several cars but none of them had the interior color I wanted. I liked them both right away. I didn’t find out until later that it was Ashley’s first day. You would have never known it since she was very professional. They offered me several options and I went back the next day and to my surprise they had exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was great! Ashley was also very kind and took me through the car wash and offered any assistance I needed. I feel she will be a great asset to the dealership in many ways. I also want to thank Scott, Zach, and of course Michael for his help!
