I had the most amazing experience at Ettleson. Angelo was my salesman, and he went beyond the call of duty to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I would give him 100 stars if possible. Also, Louis was very patient with his tutorial tour of my new Xt6. I've purchased many vehicles, including my last 4 Acadias, because I've been leasing since the mid 90s, and the process has always excruciating. I can honestly say that Ettleson is the very best experience I've ever encountered. I arrived to the dealership minutes before 7:00pm, and I had no idea closing time was 7:00pm. I thought closing was at 8:00pm. It wasn't until I was finalizing my transaction around 10:00pm that I learned that I basically walked in at closing. Prior to arriving, I had searched the inventory for the vehicle I ultimately purchased, but once I was in the showroom, I got sidetracked with the Xt5 and the beautiful red Xt6 and became fickled. Angelo was patient and allowed me to decide on what I wanted. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for holding up the team of people who stayed behind to seal the deal. Ettleson's tean is fantastic.

Hello! I went in for a tire rotation & oil change earlier this month on my 2020 Corolla, all is well when I go in. I figured while I was there I could get an estimate on a 2024 Camry BUT to be perfectly honestly I wasn't going to buy a car. Thought well I’m going to wait. Jake Elitzer, reached out to me letting me know this is what we can do for you, I absolutely fell in love with my 2023 Toyota Camry he had brought out. The building was around closing time but I didn’t feel pushed or rushed to buying the car, didn’t feel as if they were trying to get me out of the building. Jake is a very calm, patient, intelligent & professional worker. Not only did I give Jake five stars, but this dealership as well. These ladies & gents whom work here are the best, above & beyond to satisfy customers needs. Big Thank You to the Toyota fam & would/did recommend to friends.

Had an issue with the inner air dam on my pickup overextending but it appeared to have corrected itself. Lonnie got me right in for one of the techs to inspect. Concern for me was safety. Had me come back into work area where truck was on a lift and visually review, looks like no breakage and functioning. Lonnie was great and communicated to me what to watch for. This is the kind of service one expects, and I did so.
