The overall dealership staff is extremely kind, patient, fair, and attentive to all the needs and wants of their customers, I can attest to it. I happily purchased a car from them! The finance manager I dealt with, Julie is rather sweet, down to earth, and a woot to talk to. She’s a joy! I highly recommend Advantage Chevy for all your cars’ services and car needs!

Buying process can be very challenging, but with Micha as my salesman...he went thru all my options on the car..the loan officer was very efficient, other managers came up to welcome me. A very clean dealership! You can see they take pride of the dealership n the clients they serve. I would recommend anyone that has dealt with other dealerships n there half way of doing things to come to Napletons for a change...you won't regret it!

Dealing with a car salesman is not my favorite thing to do… I wanted a new car and was apprehensive about looking. My guard was up big time when I walked in. After all, I [told myself] I was just looking. I was greeted by Hormis with a pleasant exchange. We chatted about what I would like, drove the vehicle I selected and went to the sale. There was ZERO pressure. I mean zero! I had a personal, unexpected hiccup and Hormis was patient and kind through the whole process. As far as the negative stereotype car salesmen have and how they are looked upon, Hormis changed that for me. I can only speak for this man and how he deals with his clients. He is knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate and most of all, a man of his word! A rare quality in a person and double whammy for a car salesman! He is absolutely exceptional. I already have given his name to a couple of people also looking for a new car. (I hope they show up, they won’t be sorry) As for the rest of the staff. Everyone I passed by or encountered in any way were professional, friendly and respectful. This was by far the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. I got a fantastic car, feeling comfortable and safe. Hormis made the experience exceptional. ASK for him! He is top notch.
