Jeff was our Sales Associate a few years back when we buying our 3rd Subaru. He was great to work with then. When we decided we wanted the 2025 Forester Hybrid, Larry called Jeff and Jeff kept us informed frequently as to when we could stop in at Grand Subaru and order the vehicle. We ordered it in February with a delivery date in April. Jeff continued to call us with updates. We were able to pick it up 2 days earlier than anticipated. The total experience at Grand Subaru was Outstanding!

Joe in financing was amazing! They worked with me to get the price I wanted, financing that was better than I expected and I drove away with the car I came for. I highly recommend checking out Infiniti of Naperville if you are looking for a car. The whole staff was friendly and no one was pushy. A totally refreshing experience! PLUS they had coffee, tea, water and fresh cookies!
