I worked with Jeff S and my experience at Grand Subaru was superb. From the beginning, Jeff provided me a day to day update on the status of the car prep and always sent photos of the car. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jeff Schade at Grand Subaru while considering the purchase of a 2024 Forester. Although I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from another dealership due to a last-minute offer, my experience with Jeff was exceptionally positive. From the outset, Jeff was both helpful and patient, thoroughly answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the vehicle. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the Forester’s features, which helped me make an informed decision about the car. What I particularly appreciated was his respect for my time. Jeff facilitated the majority of our discussions remotely, ensuring that I only needed to visit the dealership when absolutely necessary. Even though I did not finalize my purchase with him, I am genuinely impressed by Jeff’s dedication and the effort he put into assisting me. He truly went above and beyond, which did not go unnoticed.
