Jillian used my extended warranty to fix my wheel bearings (that she noticed not me) , she put in a case to have my back up camera fixed ( case approved saved me $600), fixed 3/4 tire sensors, explained several times when asked regarding my extended warranty coverage (showing Great patience), made sure I understood that 1/4 tire sensors may need to be replaced in the future, placed me in a rental car using my extended warranty , my out of pocket cost was $100, and she did all of this with professionalism, proficiency, and a smile on her face to say I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. Thank you so much Jillian and thank you Sutton Ford for hiring her!!

I called the service department this morning regarding my Volvo oncall subscription that I couldn’t get working. Chris G answered the call and was very polite and helpful. We were on the phone for 23 minutes. He walked me through every step and was patient. End result was my subscription is up and running. I can now remotely start my car and use the other features as well.

I had an excellent buying experience here. I can honestly say it was better and easier than any other vehicle purchase I’ve had in the past. Can it really be this easy?? But that’s not where it ended. I had an issue with my brand new truck the first week of ownership and Mario took phenomenal care of me and made sure everything was taken care of. I sincerely appreciate the great service. I recently took the truck in for a software update and had another issue I asked them to look at. Joe took charge of the situation and although neither of us could duplicate the issue while they had it at the dealership, he still went above and beyond to try to remedy it. i I literally couldn’t ask for more. I appreciate everything Joe did for me! I would strongly recommend Castle CDJR to anyone for sales and service. My expectations each time I’ve interacted with them have been far exceeded. That’s not something you can necessarily expect nowadays. Castle knocked it out of the park!! Where’s the sixth star option?!
