I didn't have an appointment. I had an emergency breakdown. Kevin checked and made sure the parts were in stock. Brandon was able to get me worked in and back on the road that day. The shuttle driver was very nice and was able to get me to work on time. Everyone there in parts and service was so nice. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I was only in for an oil change on my 2018 Tahoe, however Kyle was courteous and informative. He advised me of a clicking noise in my rear brakes. We couldn't pinpoint the issue, but at least I'm aware of it now. As far as the service itself, it was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Peter was so helpful. The only problem I had was when I scheduled the appointment for service the young lady misquoted my 60000 mile service for about $282. I kept telling her that didn't sound right. When I got to the dealership I found out she basically scheduled a high end oil change. I wish the dealership had done something to compensate me for the misinformation.
