This is the worst service experience I have ever had. They took my car for a repair, and after ordering an incorrect part several times, ended up keeping my car for 5 months until fixing it. At the end of the time, we settled up with a bill and I confirmed this was the full charge, which was nice, because they had reduced the charge, which seemed like a good customer service move.
Days later, I get a call that they had a system issue and forgot to bill me the full amount. This is after letting my car sit outside for 5 months, being consistently rude over the phone, and repeating the same action that resulted in the wrong part over and over again throughout.
Do not become a victim of their incompetence, they had the nerve to blame me for not asking why my bill was so much less than expected, with Bret the Service Manager saying "both sides were at fault" there. Forgive me for assuming they made a wise customer service move to preserve a customer. I even told the cashier they had saved a Hyundai customer with this move!
I wouldn't consider buying a Hyundai ever again in my life, and while it may just be this dealership, their interactions with corporate and Hyundai processes indicate a huge gap in oversight from management.
