Just bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes through Lori Mohr at RBM of Alpharetta from my home in Florida and found the experience to be the best car buying experience of my life (age 66). Lori was informative and responsive in every aspect of the buying process, helping me complete the majority of the deal online and assisting with travel and the out-of-town matters for my visit to finalize the deal in person. In person, she coordinated other dealership personnel, i.e. Kate to provide an overview of the vehicle technology systems with me and David to complete the finance matters; all within an expedited time frame to enable me to travel back home on the same day. I would recommend Lori and RBM of Alpharetta to all for a fabulous, first class experience.

From start to finish my experience with Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta was exceptional. They focused on being transparent about the total pricing. Once I decided on the car the total time with financing was about 2 1/2 hours which to me is very reasonable because that also included a test drive. I highly recommend Gus as a sales person. While waiting I was able to eat lunch at the Quattro Cafe, full menu, nice staff, and excellent food. The dealership is about a 3 hour drive for me and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.

Great experience with this dealership. My husband and I custom ordered our Jeep Wrangler and our salesman Bill Smith was communicative during the whole process. He was very patient and understanding during this time even took time out of his already late evening to assist with setting up some of the functions on the vehicle before I left the lot that night. He explained all the options and packages with great knowledge and didn't pressure you into picking certain add-ons. If we find ourselves in the market for another vehicle, we will definitely check back here.
