I purchased a new Audi S5 from Audi Atlanta. Lisa Taylor assisted me. Lisa is the best! She was so friendly and helpful. No pressure. Before visiting the dealership, Lisa contacted me back promptly and provided accurate information. Lisa answered all my questions. Upon arrival at the dealership, Lisa had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Lisa is very easy to talk to and her personality is such that she is just plain fun to be around. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, she set up the Audi app and connected the car to it. Very helpful!!! As I live out of state, Lisa set up a delivery which is so very helpful. Yesterday, Lisa followed up with a phone call just to make sure everything is ok. Lisa Taylor is one great employee and Audi Atlanta is lucky to have her. My experience with Audi Atlanta was a 10 on a scale of 10. Thank you for such great service.

The level of service her provides is exceptional; he’s not there to just sell you the most expensive vehicle on the lot but rather to educate you about the puts and takes associated with differ t trim levels, etc. He is the opposite of what you would normally imagine when you think of a “car salesman.” As far as the dealership itself, let me put it this way: I drive about 15 miles to Jim Ellis Kennesaw when there’s another Volkswagen dealership that literally 1.7 miles from my house.
