Jerry was superb in handlng our problems. We had a problem with my Frontier and a problem with my husband's Accord. I worked with Jerry to get the Frontier towed to Conyers Nissan and the towing company helped by returning to pick up the Honda for Conyers Honda. Jerry got my trouble diagnosed and repaired quickly. I then had a vehicle available for handling the Honda repair. Needlessly to say, Conyers Nissan was 2000 % better than Honda repair. AND much faster. When I get a new vehicle, it will definitely be a Nissan and maintained by Conyers Nissan. Very impressed by Jerry!

I was having a hard time getting the back up camera - Pustanbul

I was having a hard time getting the back up camera fixed. Finally, Mazda issued a recall 3 1/2 years after the camera stopped working. When I called for an appointment to have it fixed, I was told they were overbooked. I spoke with Carlos Mercado, the service manager. He could not have been more helpful. He helped me ge5 it scheduled as well as explained why it was so frustrating to get this recall fixed. While it was still a little frustrating having to jump through Mazda’s hoops to get it resolved, Carlos and his team could not have been more helpful. Great service, great people at the Jim Ellis dealership. Thanks for your help !

The facility is nice to sit (if you have to) for an hour or two--but they seem to work as quickly as possible so I'm never there for a long time. I drive out of my way to for service but so far, it's been worth it. I hope they keep up the good work.

I went in to service my vehicle and was approached by a professional salesman named Mr. Price about upgrading my vehicle. He was very pleasant and not pushy as I have experienced in the past. I expressed to him at this time I'm not in the market for a new car because of other current obligations. He proceeded to show me new 2025 models and I absolutely loved the new inventory.
