I was a little early for my appointment. Simon was at lunch and Katie stepped in to help him out and got the process started. Thank you Katie for being a team player. When my car was done Simon made sure I was taken care of and even offered to bring my car to a cover area since it started raining. They had me in and out in less time than estimated.
