There is a big lack of communication between the service writers and the customer. My truck was completed at 12:30 and I picked it up at 4:30. No one bothered to call me or text me. I tried reaching out tw writers and the customer. My truck was completed at 12:30 and I picked it up at 4:30. No one bothered to call me or text me. I tried reaching out twice and I was told there was no one to answer the phones. Very poor customer service. It took me calling a 3rd time to get someone to answer the phone. I was told immediately upon dropping it off that I would have to bring it back the next week to have a recall repair completed and a front end alignment issue that y’all did that wasn’t done correctly!! More
