I went on a Thursday one hour before closing. I left the next Friday with my new Jetta GLI. Basically, with Orlando VW North’s help, I was able to purchase my preferred Jetta GLI, which was in Tampa, within 24 hours. Raul was extremely helpful in securing my Jetta - even going so far as to pick it up from Tampa early Friday morning - and negotiating a great deal with me. I absolutely love the way the car drives and I feel very comfortable in working with Orlando VW North moving forward. They have a great staff and inventory of both used and new cars. Thank you VW (and Raul!!) for all of your help!!

You surely need more team members like this who can be easy to deal with customer! I see all the department team members but not the servicing dept listed below, can that be added to pick the correct individual for providing the feedback?
