My wife and I leased two 2022 Tiguans from Gunther V. - esvolk

My wife and I leased two 2022 Tiguans from Gunther V.W. in 2022. We found the service department and customer service extremely unsatisfactory. We were fortunate to find Schumacher V.W. Our service writer was Paul who could not be more accomodating. Through out our three year lease we were more than happy and never felt that we were an inconvenience. Paul always welcomed us and returned our calls with any of our concerns. Upon the expiration of our leases in December 2025 we leased two Teguans from Jared Ragosta our sales consultant at Schumacher W.P.B. Jared demonstrated his true professionalism throughout the entire transaction. This young man not only displayed his product knowledge but went above and beyond his job discription and made this transaction stress free and pleaserable as possible.

Scott is 100% the reason why we ended up leasing the 2026 Atlas. I respect the manner in which he engaged me as a potential customer. He informed and equipped me with the information needed to make a sale without trying to manipulate or push me into a sale. As result, I felt safe bringing my wife to the dealership and allowed Scott to interact directly with my wife to ensure that she felt good about leasing the 2026 Atlas. Overall, everyone Sales Manager and Finance team were very respectful toward us. They entire VW Team, gave me their best price and sold me on the amazing lease program of Volkswagen. My Kia Sorento lease was expiring at the end of the month, but I was so impressed with the O'Steen Volkswagen experience that we bought the 2026 Atlas the same day. Two days later, we terminated our Kia Sorento lease early. When I called my insurance provider, the lower insurance requirement for the Volkswagen Atlas blew my mind. So not only did we upgrade our dealers experience, leased a superior automobile, but we also saved thousands of dollars over the life of the lease on insurance. If this good will continues, our family will be reaching out to Scott at the end of our lease to secure an additional vehicle.

Jacob's service is great! However, Napleton VW's service quote was around $2,800 for Front/Rear brakes incl new rotors, (4) tires and an alignment. I ended up going to Tires Plus and the total was $2,004... and that included LIFETIME alignment and Road Hazard for the tires. All I ended up getting done at Napleton VW was a Schedule 1 Service for $176. My future oil changes will be $100 at Tires Plus. I really appreciate Napleton's level of service such as the Inspection Video by the Service Technician, Kyle, and the recommended items that I can view and Approve/Decline right from my phone, but I don't like it so much that I'll pay an extra $700. Again, Jacob's service is 10/10!
