It took me a month to get my oil changed. I left a message for a call back twice, they never called. Then they said earliest appointment was for a drop off. Ok did that but they asked why do that? Just wait! Did that too but the inconvenience of finding someone to drop me off was rediculous as was this whole experience. I won’t return ever to this dealership.
