He did everything possible to make my experience less stressful. I have walked away from 3 other dealerships this month because of poor salespeople who outright lied. I have been in sales my entire career and EMANUEL FERNANDEZ is the kind of salesman you want helping you with your next purchase. I purchased the car, exactly what I needed and nothing more and I am extremely happy thanks to him. Ask for Emanuel Fernandez if you go to Schumacher in Lake Park! You'll be glad you did.

Although I did not buy a car here Jessy was amazing. She went above and beyond to help my cousin find a car that fits her needs. She was understanding and not pushy she explained everything and helped my cousin figure out that it just wasn't the right vehicle for her. I have never heard of this from a salesperson as they are always pushy. We did decided to continue car shopping but I will def recommend anyone looking for a car here ask for Jessy.

We had a great experience purchasing a new car from Gunther VW. Yameen and each other staff member we dealt with were all upfront, honest, and pleasant to work with. Through each step of the process, we were treated with kindness and courtesy (which we've found to be rare when car shopping in South Florida). This was the best and easiest car-buying experience we've had. We started off at a different VW dealership and left to go to Gunther which felt like a huge upgrade in quality of service.

For a dealer who charges $54 for a fuse that I can buy at an auto store for $4.50 it is an insult to nickle and dime the customs for using a credit card. Frank Cook

We had some work done of our 2015 EOS, and they always wash the car before returning it. The car wash knocked a small cover plate off the passenger side of the car. Robin was the best person to deal with. They ordered a new plate, had to paint it, and it took them about 3 hours to install the cover plate. There was never a question about cost. They covered it. Our thanks for them being a great business to work with.

Beware of misleading advertising! They don't respect the sales that they show on the website. At the end they charge you the whole price and blame the credit that the bank has approved. They also make you believe that you need additional coverages that you actually won't need. They don't give you the option to do by yourself the car registration on your own and they charge you double for it. Better go to a different dealer! They take advantage from people!

It took me a month to get my oil changed. I left a message for a call back twice, they never called. Then they said earliest appointment was for a drop off. Ok did that but they asked why do that? Just wait! Did that too but the inconvenience of finding someone to drop me off was rediculous as was this whole experience. I won’t return ever to this dealership.
