I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a new Atlas SEL R-Line, and can't say enough about everyone involved, all the way up to the Leadership. Dave Rook was my Sales POC and took all the time I needed through a couple test drives, and answered every question I had. I was never pressured into pursuing a more expensive vehicle; it was always about what's the best fit for me and my family. I was told that the Finance portion of the deal wouldn't take long at all. Yeah, sure. Well, I met Mike Shaughnessy and they were right. Mike had everything ready and most of it was electronic. There is a big difference when you're working with a Family owned business versus the Corp owned dealerships. We purchased my Wife's Jetta last year from Bob Boast VW and will continue to do our business there for our future Volkswagen vehicles. There's a reason why many of their Team Members have been there so long, and greatly appreciate everyone's help during this process.

I have been living here for 21 years and used to be a Ford man for years but now after purchasing 4 VW vehicles. You have excellent sales people Mark Torelli has sold me my last 2 vehicles and we are very happy with him on the team. My first car was sold to me by Gary DeStefano in fact Gary was the one who told me about VW in general and sold me on the make. I can say this Mark Torelli is very knowledgeable on the VW’s and friendly too. Another selling point is the Pete Moore facility ( lot, building crew members all very clean, people will shop and buy from a dealer just by the way it looks then when you have the right people in the right jobs it is an “ All Win Team”. It starts at the top with: General Manager Mike, Sales Manager Jeff and Service Manager Monty. I will always purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Now 3 of my neighbors have VW’s!!

First time shopping for a car on my own. I visited this dealership in June 2024 and met Less (Alessio) he did everything to help me but at that time I was not where I needed to be. Here we are almost a year later and I walked out with a 2025 brand new car (with paper still on it) thanks to him! He was patient and guided me as much as he could. The service team here is absolutely wonderful! I have serviced all of my vehicles here for more than 5 years and have had the opportunity to interact with many of their team members. They provide exceptional customer service and everyone is knowledgeable and good at what they do! My service advisor Caleb communicates well, is knowledgeable and treats us like family. Carlos is a highly skilled technician and the quality of his work exceeds my expectations every time. Carlos educates us and keeps us informed about the health of our vehicles and completely takes the worry out of maintaining them! I can not speak highly enough about their service team, they're phenomenal.

I left the dealership thought seriously about the options he offered and decided which deal was better for me. Joshua was low-key soft spoken the perfect salesperson you want to deal with. I received a reference to see Gary about looking at some Jettas and immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from him. Everyone I came into contact with was positive, kind and very hospitable. The dealership is clean and spacious with a few cars being displayed. There wasn’t a moment where I felt uncomfortable or bombarded in the process. The General manager, Jimmy, was passionate, encouraging and helped the process glide right along. When dealing with Jimmy and Gary I felt their sincerity and honesty each step of the way. From finding the right car to working out numbers, I felt that Gary and Jimmy were the best hands I could be in. We worked out a deal and I was sent to finalize with Joseph. Another welcoming greeting followed by a significantly pleasant experience. Joseph will make you laugh and keep you engaged while explaining mundane final paperwork, giving you ease in walking away a happy car owner/leaser. I can see clearly why our good friends recommended Gary to us. I couldn’t be happier with Gary, Jimmy, Joseph, and most of all my new Jetta from Volkswagen of Fort Myers. Appreciate the honesty - most dealers would have told us we're screwed and made us pay 100%, but he went to bat for us - super dude and honest seller - my wife's vehicle issues have gone away now - many thanks!

This is the second VW I have bought. Originally a tiugan, but this time a 2025 Taos, which is great car. The sales guy Anthony miller was great , laid back no pressure and the dealership was friendly. Appreciated the sale. I would go back for another car.
