My wife and I leased two 2022 Tiguans from Gunther V.W. in 2022. We found the service department and customer service extremely unsatisfactory. We were fortunate to find Schumacher V.W. Our service writer was Paul who could not be more accomodating. Through out our three year lease we were more than happy and never felt that we were an inconvenience. Paul always welcomed us and returned our calls with any of our concerns. Upon the expiration of our leases in December 2025 we leased two Teguans from Jared Ragosta our sales consultant at Schumacher W.P.B. Jared demonstrated his true professionalism throughout the entire transaction. This young man not only displayed his product knowledge but went above and beyond his job discription and made this transaction stress free and pleaserable as possible.

Extremely helpful sales staff. This is my first leased vehicle, they walked me through the leasing process. I originally came in looking for a used 2023 or 2024 car and Michael had us test drive the used cars. He pointed out the changes in the new design and technology. We ended up with a new Tiguan that Ruben helped us choose. We had a great experience, we definitely would recommend this dealership and sales staff.

I went in as a solo young female to buy my first car and did a lot of prior research on the best way to get a good deal. I had Todd as my sales rep and he was so great and didn’t pressure me at all. He negotiated a great deal on a 2026 Atlas and I genuinely left feeling like I had a good experience! The finance guy Chris was also fantastic and honest about warranties and such. Super happy!

I was greeted with a very busy dealership at 11:30 on a Saturday. Everyone was polite and professional. After reaching what I considered a great deal on an agreed out the door price , I was SOLD since I already had my own financing with NFCU , which made for a smooth easy transaction.
