Our vehicle required a complete cylinder head replacement due to a manufacturing defect, a significant repair that involved extensive parts procurement and coordination while the required components were on national backorder. Throughout the process, Jose kept us consistently informed of the repair status, provided timely updates, and was always courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The Service process needs improvement. They are trying, but the weak link is training of admin staff. First, I telephone booked an appointment, then it did not show up in their system.
