Authelia & Pete Minervini We had a terrific experience today when purchasing our 1st electric vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. From the moment we approached the showroom we were welcomed by staff ready & willing to assist us at our own pace. After working diligently with Grace on the phone on Thursday, we came to a mutual agreement of a price & a scheduled time for pick up on Friday. As we were preparing to leave this Fri morning, Grace called to inform us about an unexpected problem with the car we were planning to purchase. While on the phone Grace & her manager went above & beyond to offer us an exceptional deal on an even better replacement vehicle. When we arrived at dealership, Grace was occuppied with another customer. So we waited comfortably in an atmosphere that is professional peaceful & effectively streamlined. Grace is absolutely amazing at her job, efficient, honest & very thorough, we appreciate these attributes in our world today. Since Grace's customers were taking longer then expected, John stepped in, another gem, John was informative personable & well organized.
