Hi Ms. Graterol, I hope you are doing well. I tried calling you regarding a review of my recent experience, but I understand you may have been out of the office. I wanted to take a moment to explain the situation in detail. When I purchased my vehicle on April 4, 2026 (2026 4Runner TRD Off-Road in green), I visited your parts department to purchase all-weather floor mats (TRD logo) and a cargo mat. The representative assisting me mentioned that the TRD mats would need to be ordered and shipped to my home, while the cargo mat with the 4Runner logo was available in stock. At that point, my salesperson encouraged me to proceed quickly with signing the contract and assured me, “Don’t worry, I’ll get those for you.” Based on that promise, I moved forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience after signing the contract was disappointing. There was no proper send-off, and communication became difficult. I even had to get his attention while he was on his phone to return the second key. Two days later, I discovered that the portable speaker included with the vehicle was missing. I had to reach out myself, and only then was I told to come pick it up. There was no proactive communication from the dealership regarding this issue. A week later, I followed up again and informed him that I would come by on Saturday (April 11) to pick up the speaker and reminded him about the floor mats. He confirmed he would take care of it. When I arrived at 10:00 AM that Saturday, another salesperson assisted me and provided the speaker, but there was no record or preparation for the floor mats. When I contacted my salesperson again, I was told he was busy and to return another day. Ms. Graterol, I live 45 minutes away from your dealership and made that drive specifically to purchase the vehicle my wife wanted. The items in question were not requested by me—they were offered as part of the sales process. It is disappointing that these commitments have not been honored and that I had to make multiple trips without resolution. Best Regards Jose Espinoza & Jessie Lopez Seminario
