I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 8:00 a. m. and left at 11:00 a.m., yet no work was performed on my vehicle. Not even the basic fluids were checked or topped off. It was a complete waste of three hours and a very disappointing experience. This level of service fell well below my expectations for a Toyota dealership. This morning I went to Toyota of Hollywood Service dept to have oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 7am . At 9 am i asked how much longer and was told at least 45 minuets! I had to go to work so le to have oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 7am . At 9 am i asked how much longer and was told at least 45 minuets! I had to go to work so left w/o my service being done. Typically this is a 45 min service! I was also told that the extended warrenty I have been paying for along with my car payment is expeiring today! I want to know how to remove it from my car payment as I should not have to continue to pay on a service that is expiring! I am very unhappy with the service or should I say non service that I recieved today. More
