Mr. Jason Curie GM of Fort Myers Hyundai, I do not understand why you saying a 5 star rating for Ebron the finance person that did my paper work and the manger of finance Lewis who was bullying me who I gave 1 star because they pressured and were bully me into buying an extended warranty. After I told them both no 4 times I wasn’t interested he still persisted, so I got up and started walking out of that office then he started yelling at me to come back. I was done talking with such a high pressure person. I went straight to your office and told you what happened. You said to give you a few minutes. I waited and my salesman Edwin Colon who was an Awesome Salesman everything he said matched what he did. Edwin Colon is the person I can say gave a Happy Experience at this dealership. Again Thank you Edwin Colon for answering all my questions and being very knowledgeable about the Hyundai experience since this was my first Hyundai to buy. Edwin Colon came and got me after Mr. Jason Curie GM had Lewis the finance manger leave that office and Ebron finished the paperwork so I could take ownership of My 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience. I hope no one has to have the experience I had with the finance team to feel so pressured, bullied and disrespected after telling your finance team no 4 times. But it not just me I was talking to my neighbor and they bought from this dealership too and had a similar experience with the finance team. My friend at church bought from a different Hyundai dealership and had a similar experience too. I worked 33 years for the Kroger Company. Customer service was No.1 this is who we are as a company and family of associates to show that are customers are appreciated and valued. Although one of the main things we needed was a vehicle with an existing warranty. We were assured by the salesman that the car we were looking at did still have some of the powertrain warranty intact, which is partially why we chose that vehicle. When we were signing paperwork with the finance dept after that, it was then disclosed to us that the powertrain warranty did not apply to the vehicle we chose so we had to purchase an additional warranty. Thankfully, it was not too much extra per month, but it was still disappointing that the salesman had incorrect information. At that point it was super late in the day and our hearts were set on that vehicle, so we went through with the sale, even though we were a little disappointed in the warranty issue. Overall, everybody we encountered was very kind and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed. Another thing that we really appreciated was there is a lady there that helps you shop around for the best deal on car insurance so we were able to lower our car insurance bill as well as get a car, so that definitely helped offset the extra payment.

They lied to get you to sign a contract.
They piled up warranty’s that I did not agreed on. Then the finance guy quickly turn the pages on a computer and just showed you where to sign to hid

I will never purchase a car from that dealership again.
