Told the person I scheduled with that I would be waiting on my car because I live so far and leaving it was not an option. I needed an oil change and 3rd row glass recall done. I postponed the recall and was told it would be 3 hrs for oil change because people ahead of me were scheduled as waiters so I would not be handled as priority. More
