I was previously told I had one more complementary maintenance and that it was recorded in my file due to a number of issues I've had in the past. That was a lie. Instead of being able to learn this b maintenance and that it was recorded in my file due to a number of issues I've had in the past. That was a lie. Instead of being able to learn this before dropping my car off, the service staff were unable to confirm anything as they could not work their computers. I had to leave for work and was told they put it under complementary and would call me if they needed anything else. When I missed Kyle's phone call and tried to return it I was told he was busy and would call me back. He never did. I had to call 45 min later to finally get ahold of him which he then claimed he tried to call me but that is also a false as I had no missed calls outside of his first attempt. Either staff don't communicate with each other (which I've experienced here before) or he knew what he was saying was false. When I was told that I would have to pay for my service, I was never offered even a quote so I would know how much I was going to have to pay. I had asked for a 3p pickup which should be more than enough for a 7:30a appointment, even with the communication delays that took till 10a. By 3:10p I hadn't even received a status update about my car and when I called I was told it just got finished not even by Kyle. I never received a breakdown of any findings about my vehicle or what services were completed just told I owed $90. Kyle did not check me in or finish my service, just 1 rude call about not finding what I was previously promised. The biggest concern is lack of timely communication and follow through. I really appreciated Kyle taking the initiative to correct an issue I had. Customer service is terrible. They have had my car over a month and don’t update me regularly.
