Had asked to check passenger tire when dropping off the car for oil change and recalls. They hadn't communicated it between each other and have to bring the car back for the tire. I was told what recall was going to be done on my car. Turns out it was the engine. I replaced the engine June 2024 with a brand new certified Kia/Hyundai engine. So everything that was done was done in vain and my car doesn't drive as well as it did when I took it in for the recall. I spoke with the manager who said that the work done wouldn't cause an issue with my 2024 engine. I'm not convinced. More

Customer service is terrible. They have had my car over a month and don’t update me regularly. Sales department seems fine but service department is awful. Made an appointment for noon to have photos made of damage to my car. Arrived on time, waited for an hour only to find out that they hadn't ev awful. Made an appointment for noon to have photos made of damage to my car. Arrived on time, waited for an hour only to find out that they hadn't even taken my car back. Was late to work due to having to wait an additional 30 minutes. Then had to come back the next day because they did not remove (wash off) the paint marker they used on my car to circle the damaged areas and I couldn't get the marker to wash off. Was treated like I was a nuisance rather than a customer. Will never use this service center again. Will probably never buy another Hyundai because of the quality of their customer service. More
