Cody was very professional and courteous. He communicated well and kept me informed about my service. It took a little longer than I was expecting but there was a significant amount of work t He communicated well and kept me informed about my service. Thankfully I had a good service plan that included a rental car to cover the time my truck was in the shop. Will be coming to Parks Ford for all my service needs in the future. More

Cody and his team provided excellent service in making sure my F150 had all green lights before driving to Texas. The Works package has great value; not only is it priced right (much less than all places sure my F150 had all green lights before driving to Texas.
