3 times getting recall service done. Discovered that they installed seat ON TOP of my phone cord. Also delivered vehicle to me with disabled safety equipment. Talked me into letting them have vehicle to fix it but the loaner they offered had very limited miles. I live in the country. I work full time. I need my vehicle not some loaner with barely enough miles to just go to work. Don't go to Parks. I have given them 4 chances to make it right. Ford Corporate and. NHTSA is necessary to fix their blunder. More
