I scheduled an appointment BEFORE the 60 day warranty was up, however they couldn't repair the car until 1 day after the warranty expired and then handed me an estimate for $3,700 for things I didn't even ask to have looked at and said the car was out of warranty. One rear tire in good condition had a slow leak, they recommended replacing both tires and having a wheel alignment for rear tires? Definitely can not recommend the service department or the dealership. More

On 12-17-2025 I bought a used 2016 range rover ,I was excited , ready to gift my ex wife this beautiful car and I trusted the dealership when I was told that the car works flawlessly. Unfortunately since its was hot I didn't check the hit function of the vehicle, I was a fool to trust a dealership with this big name. I was charged 1199 for service change (servicing the vehicle.) , no body in the sales dept told me about an ongoing AC/hit issue that the service dept has order parts for until I called the next day to complain about the hit, Paris the sales person didn't even answer my call. I was history to them not a customer so no concerns all they wanted was money money and money. Few days later , the service dept call informing me about the issue and asked me to bring my car I felt relieved hoping that it will be resolved. They took the car to Range rover and came back saying that it will cost me $5600 to fix that's half of what the cars worth. I called and called nobody answered (I paid cash for the car) now I'm on my own. PLEASE DON'T OVER LOOK THIS REVIEW and fall for these other paid actors posting all these positive reviews. Ignoring other reviews will be at your own risk and you will end up like me going through their lowest reviews now after the fact. This scam is a culture at this dealerhship , I wasn't expecting a shady business experience with a dealership like this , how can you sleep at night and caused me so much pain. One week ago, I purchased a used vehicle after being assured it came with a 2-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. That representation turned out to be false. Within 1 week of purchase, the vehicle began experiencing serious mechanical issues. The A/C blows hot air, and the car is now overheating. I was specifically told that the extended warranty information would be included with my paperwork on a thumb drive. This was not true—no warranty documentation exists. I contacted the dealership the same day these issues occurred and was transferred between multiple employees, none of whom showed any concern or willingness to help. I was given the runaround and received no resolution or accountability. I chose this dealership over CarMax or Carvana because I expected a reputable dealer to stand behind the vehicles they sell and support their customers. Instead, I am now facing out-of-pocket repair costs on a used car that is only one week old. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Purchased a 2023 Chevy Colorado with 23k miles on it. I paid nearly 3k in dealer/shop fees for the vehicle allegedly being run through the Mazda of Wesley Chapel service department. Five days after pur I paid nearly 3k in dealer/shop fees for the vehicle allegedly being run through the Mazda of Wesley Chapel service department. Five days after purchase, my vehicle is in for repairs at a Chevy dealer because that's where Mazda of Wesley Chapel recommended. I am currently without a vehicle, five days after purchasing it, and it could be up to a week because of a part being on back order. I've contacted the dealership, the salesman, been to the service department, and nobody seems to care. This place has terrible customer service, an even worse service department, and their word and 90 day-3000 mile warranty when purchasing, is garbage. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
They lied about the dealer fees to get us in the door (knowing that we were coming from 4 hours away), lied about the ability to pay in cash (they asked I the beginning if we were financing or paying cas (knowing that we were coming from 4 hours away), lied about the ability to pay in cash (they asked I the beginning if we were financing or paying cash, but then stated at negotiation that they do not make cash deals), and lied about the extended warranty. The finance manager said it was 10 years from the date of purchase or 120,000 miles from the current mileage, which would have covered the car to 160,000 miles. We specifically asked and he gave us a definitive answer, there was not a misunderstanding. We found out later this is a lie. The warranty covers 10 years from the date of manufacture or 120,000 miles from 0. Then, they took forever to submit our paperwork to get the tag. It took 2 temporary tags and countless calls to finally get it. Any time we called we were either hung up on or promised a return call that we never received. They also did not return emails. All in all we got an ok deal on a good car. But we would never use this dealership again. Would rate them in the negatives if I could. More
