The service center was excellent. While it isn't the most cost effective for all things (some parts can cost like 8x that of the outside market), the service staff here is probably the best I've ever encountered. Note that this is specifically for the service part of the dealership.

She identified issues that should have been caught by previous techs, which makes me concerned about the quality of previous work. I had problems in the same system for almost a year now. Ambrosio Rodriguez assisted me with my recent problem with the front axle. He was diligent and appraised the issue I was having and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Ambrosio scheduled my return for both the seat belt recall issue and to repair/replace the front axle. He also described how detailing would remove the water/mineral spots on the exterior. Excellent suggestion! I am so pleased with the results I got at Spreen Honda and now my car looks like new! Ambrosio always listened carefully as I explained my concerns and offered excellent advice. He has an extensive knowledge of the autos and answered any questions I asked with clarity. Ambrosio was very friendly and professional, always with a smile. He made my Spreen Honda visits a pleasure and I look forward to seeing Ambrosio next time I have a problem with my CRV.
