Auburn Honda has professional, kind, honest, and thorough service personnel. I have been a customer of Auburn for more than 30 years. I purchased my daughter's first car at Auburn Honda, I purchased my son's first car from Auburn Honda, and my last car was purchased from Auburn Honda. This business relationship was primarily due to the service I received after I had purchased my last vehicle from a different dealership. That experience was so subpar that I brought that vehicle to Auburn Honda. That vehicle was maintained by Auburn Honda and I gave that particular vehicle to my son after he returned from overseas duty. The next vehicle, my present vehicle, was purchased from Auburn Honda and I will only have my vehicles serviced at Auburn Honda. Their the only service personnel I trust. They're the best!

I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Honda Serramonte, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding customer care provided by Jerald Tugalde and his team. Jerald was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly every step of the way. One of the parts—the seatbelt buckle—had a long delay, but Jerald kept me updated and apologized several times for the wait. I understand that this part can often take time to replace, and I truly appreciated his honesty and empathy throughout the process. Now, I feel completely safe in my 2005 Honda Pilot knowing it was properly diagnosed and serviced. Thank you, Jerald, for going above and beyond—I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for reliable and excellent care!

I received regular maintenance on my 2021 Hr-v 7/20/25, the service rep. Was Issac-Great Guy/Truthful and very cordial. Told me the car would be done w/maintenance in a2hr. Span and it was. Gave me the items that need to be done now after 30,000 miles with the prices (other service places never do this). Was on the road within 1 and 1/2 hr. Good Job AutoNation Costa Mesa. Thanks Issac.
