Jose and Lucia have been great customer representatives to me. A couple of days after the oil change and tire rotation, I felt something was wrong with my left front tire or brake. They were constant to me. A couple of days after the oil change and tire rotation, I felt something was wrong with my left front tire or brake. They were constant communication with me and instructed what to look for while driving. They recommended to bring the car in for the safety check on the left tire. Eventually, the tire and brake were okay and no issues. Throughout this process they were competent professionals with great customer services. I appreciate them and am looking forward to working with them for the next schedule maintenance services. More

My recent purchase was 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring, and I couldn't be happier. I had a Toyota Prius for my last 2 commuter cars and loved them until I got the 2026 Civic, way more fun to drive and I get the same gas mileage!! Jose Rocha in the Service Dept is a Five-star employee as well. I brought my wife's Hylander in for some service and Jose went with me for a test ride and listened patiently to my wife's concerns and he got it all taken care of through the extended warranty we purchased. And the best part was the follow up phone calls and text messages every step of the way, I never had to call once. Amazing!!!! If you want a great car buying experience, Go to Manly Honda!!!
