I’ve been buying from this dealership for decades. The service department is straight forward, very efficient and responsive. Top notch and fair. I highly recommend getting the extended warranty on your used Hyundai. It’s worth its weight in gold. Five Stars.

On March 12, 2024, A service department representative provided my warranty service contract to another customer. The warranty contract contained my name, my address, phone number as well as email address. The customer that recd my contract reached out to me via text to inquire about a vehicle that she now owned and purchased thru Hyundai that I traded in AUG or SEPT of 2023. She was having engine problems with the vehicle. She was inquiring to see if I had any issues with the vehicle. She and spoke briefly and our conversation ended. I pondered that night on how she obtained my info so the next morning I reached out to her and discovered that Hyundai had given her a copy of my contract with my information on it. I reached out to Hyundai and spoke to Angel the GM and he admitted that they were in violation of privacy laws. I then had a meeting with Patrick Beck the owner who was more concerned about the time and money he had to waste on the employees he had to fire behind the incident. BTW no proof this was actually done, When I asked Patrick Beck how I know this hasn't happened before his response was oh well, I am sure it has and no doubt it won't again. He offered credit monitoring for a year as a sorry but as a prior victim of having my information compromised, I declined as I already do this. Again, admitting guilt that they ae in violation of privacy laws. I showed Patrick a TIC TOC of one of his employes in the finance dept. admitting that she left a deal jacket opened and the customers information was stolen. Her response was OOOPS. All I could say is if you bought a car from BAKERSFIELD HYUNDAI please monitor your credit closely. Don't be another victim.

I highly recommend Cardinale Hyundai, Oscar Cantarero especially! He was fantastic in the process of selling my leased Hyundai ‘21 Kona for the residual value! I was most impressed with his kindness, patience, and no “xx” in the transaction. He was attentive to my older sister who owned the car and was complementary to her stories, sharing her experiences. Hello me and my husband just bought a Tacoma on Saturday evening after leaving to my mom’s house I heard a squealing when braking stoping at multiple stops in her neighborhood. I thought maybe it would go away by tomorrow and it didn’t. Called dealer and said bring it in then they said okay bring in tomorrow morning and drop it off. They inspected and stated “ We have determined that the noise is due to hot spots and oxidation on the rotors causing the brakes to squeal when the pads grab. There are no safety issues as the brakes measure over 7mm. Unfortunately, sales has declined to replace the brakes at this time to address the noise, as it is considered a cosmetic concern rather than a safety issue.” If the rotors have hot spots, why cant they resurface them or replacing them they are not making good connection with break pad. When they ask me where you buy this truck I will say Stockton Hyundai and they didn’t want to fix this because it’s “cosmetic”. How is that going to sound. It sad as I paid a lot of money and I will make sure not to go back in the future or refer. On another note I know you had 2 different sale prices at the dealer 5,000 more then on the internet which I know that is prohibited. I hope to get an executive/Senior manager to look into this.

Don’t buy a used car from this dealership, their inspection process is horrible and fishy. Within 50 miles of driving my check engine light came on and now the car doesn’t pass smog. They won’t do anything to help.

Got a great car here (an EV) and they were willing to negotiate to get my business. Most of the salespeople are knowledgeable. The dealership is not very transparent about their inventory and prices, which many other dealers have on their website. But I don’t know why because they actually don’t charge any of the junk fees and surcharges that a lot of other dealers will tack on. They’re pretty fair overall. And Hyundais are great cars.

Especially to a Spanish one that i come 23 min after my appt ( but i call at 1.00 when i new i was going to be late spoke to a girl she said fine no problem!!!) When I got here the guy that said was the advisor make a face when I told was late and then had a attitude from the beginning like!!! He knows it all!!! Instead of truly work with you they are under construction and instead of showing you where is the lounge just point and sign,and one very very nice hundai dealer.just took the time and show me the lounge that is truly cust service to my adviser only will give a 1 star,having a attitude!!! With cust that is wrong !!! No matter how day is going or if a difficult cust.hope next time get someone better.that is happy to work with the customer not just bundling paper and saying mamm this is your total.especialy when you are 1 time coming!!! I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on November 2nd and was told my brake pads were both at 5mm and wouldn’t need to be replaced for at least another few months. Today (11/29), my brakes started grinding, so I took my car to Pep Boys only to find that my brake pads were both at 2 and 3 mm. I find it hard to believe that in less than a month I shaved off over 2 mm, and I believe I was deceived by the mechanics in order to rack up a higher eventual cost of repair. I spent $488 at Pep Boys to replace both front brake pads, both front rotors (those were also destroyed and no note was made on my service documentation from Hyundai), and get new brake fluid. At the Hyundai dealership, I was quoted $475. I am so disappointed with the service I received, and if I had known my pads were this bad I could’ve gotten my brake pads replaced sooner without damaging the rotors. However, I’m sure the goal was for me to take it back to them when the rotors and pads wore out so they could charge me extra for their gross negligence and deception. SO scummy.

Wow, I cannot say enough about the excellent service and experience at Frank Hyundai. From top to bottom every person that we worked with gave personal care and attention. Thank you to everyone that assisted us in this purchase including GM Mirona Silli, Sales Manager Mark Moore our Sales Associate Luis and Finance Manger Kim. Purchasing a vehicle in this market is difficult. Many dealerships are gouging their customers and taking advantage of the situation. Not Frank Hyundai they gave us fair upfront pricing and no pressure for added packages. We couldn't be happier with the experience or the car. My son is excited to get on the road with his 2022 Elantra.

I brought the car down to Stevens Creek Hyundai and had such a great experience with the whole process that I wanted to share it. Alma B in Service was helpful and easy to communicate with. She let me know that there was a recall item that they would handle at the same time. Alma kept me updated on the process (which went really quick, drop off to pick up). It was all covered under the warranty, and with a level of courtesy and professionalism I've not before experienced at ANY dealership. Thank you Alma B !

I cannot recommend this place enough. If you go, ask for JIMMY WILLIAMS!!!!! I called ahead about the car I was interested in and he had the car all set for a test drive when I got there. The entire time he was nothing but supportive and helpful, never pressuring me into anything. He hooked us up with a great deal and made this the absolute best car buying experience I could have asked for. He is kind, funny, and truly a genuine person. LIES AND WASTED TIME. This dealership is SHADY! Dylan Castro lied to us on multiple occasions and had us drive over 2.5 hours to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new car. I attempted to start paperwork and do deposit prior to coming which they refused. I called in the morning to confirm the vehicle was set aside for us which he confirmed. 10 minutes from the dealership, he called and said sorry they just sold that vehicle. He said he could get one from another dealership. I asked him which one and he said Chico, so I checked their website and confirmed with them that they did not have the vehicle like he said! So we waited another hour only to be told the one he was going to get was also sold, he wasted our time. They didn’t even compensate us for time or gas as a courtesy. He ruined our weekend and hopes of getting a new car. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
