I would give them 4.5 Stars for the Service Dept. I've had my car (Which I purchased there) serviced there several times. The service time has always been reasonable or close to their wait estimate, which is extremely nice. My car is always returned clean or in the same cleanliness condition as it was when I dropped it off. My only issue is how they check your car in. There doesn't seem to be a system in place and seems to depend on which Service Advisor you have? The last (2) times I waited in my car in line for 10-15 minutes while others in front and behind me in line were checked in. Maybe I just have bad luck but it was a little frustrating. I was eventually assigned a different Service Advisor-Jake Stevens, and he was great!

went in for service. waited 35 minutesb4 I was served. 5 cars that came in after me went b4 me. did not have the parts for one of the recalls. the tail camera part was not in. Not Happy. even the car behind me in line was serviced b4 me. The service techs were good and friendly. Just not enough of them. my recalls were done very well and in a timely manner.

Got a great car here (an EV) and they were willing to negotiate to get my business. Most of the salespeople are knowledgeable. The dealership is not very transparent about their inventory and prices, which many other dealers have on their website. But I don’t know why because they actually don’t charge any of the junk fees and surcharges that a lot of other dealers will tack on. They’re pretty fair overall. And Hyundais are great cars.

I checked the inventory online and narrowed it down to two vehicles. I contacted Garland Latta and he ran some numbers and called me back with a very fair offer. I settled on the new Sonata. The finance person had me fill out everything online and sign 80% of the documents. I live an hour from the dealership and Garland had a very nice lady deliver the car to my home and pick up the trade. I usually find the car buying process to be a pain in the ...... but Garland made it painless.

STAY AWAY - Unethical Business Practices & Refusing Refunds I have been trying to cancel my extended warranty from one year ago, only because I drive too less to meet the extended warranty range. I have contacted Tony from Finance four separate times, either in person or through email, and while they initially gave me excuses about 'forwarding to a director,' they have now completely stopped responding to my emails. It is clear they are intentionally stalling to keep my money. This is unprofessional, unethical, and potentially illegal. I am now forced to file formal complaints with the BBB and the State Attorney General. If you value your time and money, do not buy a car here. They are quick to take your money but will ghost you the moment they owe you a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I came down from Napa to get a Santa Fe. I have a Hyundai in Australia and love it. The dealers down under are all the same price and the experience is different than in the United States. I saw the price online printed the price and payment online and went down to Concord get the car since they had the model and color I wanted. Everything looked fine and they honored the price and when I got the bill from Hyundai finance they changed the price. They scammed me and now I have a $824 payment instead of the $620 payment they showed me. The sales manager Kumal is part of this scam but they are all in on this. They lure customers in with the website price then switch it when you are not looking. I have contacted my US lawyers and media outlets since I am back in OZ and don’t have time to deal with this illegal behavior.

Wow, I cannot say enough about the excellent service and experience at Frank Hyundai. From top to bottom every person that we worked with gave personal care and attention. Thank you to everyone that assisted us in this purchase including GM Mirona Silli, Sales Manager Mark Moore our Sales Associate Luis and Finance Manger Kim. Purchasing a vehicle in this market is difficult. Many dealerships are gouging their customers and taking advantage of the situation. Not Frank Hyundai they gave us fair upfront pricing and no pressure for added packages. We couldn't be happier with the experience or the car. My son is excited to get on the road with his 2022 Elantra.
