He stayed until I got there and was able to assist me. He even has a loaner car ready to go for me if I needed one. His communication was thorough and updated me throughout the repair. About two years ago, there was a problem with some cells in the Volt's battery. There was a fairly long delay in receiving whatever they needed to fix the battery, but they kept me posted as to the progress. I very much appreciate their concern for keeping me informed.

Jorge is a great service advisor. He is responsive and very capable. Easy to reach and a good communicator. I loved getting a ride home quickly and an Uber drive back to the dealership. I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes for each driver!

The people there we fine. They were courteous and professional. The problem I have is with the complexity of the settings so that even the service advisor didn’t understand them. I paid $343 to be told by the tech that there was nothing wrong with my car, the setting was wrong.
