Professional and helpful. I will always ask for Pavel. Just an FYI though. Let the Manager and the folks who answer the phone if the service advisory is scheduled in. I went in last month and Pavel was out sick. I left messages on his voice mail as well as the Manager and didn't get a call back. No one could tell me anything including the Manager. When I called back the third time at 4pm I spoke the the Manager and he took care of the problem.
