I told him where I wanted my monthly payment to be, and he exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the production and delivery process, Edgar kept me in the loop every step of the way, and I could tell he was just as excited as I was to see how beautiful the car was in person. The Carbon Black color is absolutely gorgeous with its hint of midnight blue. If you want to buy a BMW and don't want to hear "no" or anything negative, you need to see Edgar. Amazing BMW dealership! I buy all my cars from BMW of Monrovia. The staff is fantastic. I special ordered a X5 45e from Joseph Mourad & Tomas Cervantes and I couldn't be happier. Florence Linares in the bdc kept in contact with me during the entire time the car arrived and all the way to delivery. They were all on top of it during the entire process letting me know when the car was built, shipped, arrived to port and then when it was being unloaded from the truck. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I won't buy from anyone else.

I have never had such an easy time getting a cat at a dealership. Zo made it so painless. I had been waiting to get my first BMW electric car for about a year. I dreaded the experience because it usually takes 4-6 hours. I can honestly say, it took less than 2 hours working with Zo. His professionalism and enthusiasm for making me happy was off the charts! If I could give them a zero I would. We walked in (for transparency, without an appointment) and the front desk staff got us a sales associate. Ben Alimo was assigned to help us out and he showed my husband the limited M3 availability they had. However, the worst part was I wanted to see the iX which he said he'll show us outside and he'll meet us there. Once we got there I asked him if he an open the car for us to look and he says he doesn't have the keys. Doesnt make any effort to go get them just shrugs. I asked again if we could take a look inside and he goes in and remotely opens the car. We take a look inside and want to talk to him about test driving it but HE NEVER RETURNS. We sit in the car for 10-15 minutes and then just end up walking out and leaving. Very poor service and we felt like Ben didn't take us seriously. Maybe because we look younger? But doesn't mean we should be treated like we aren't serious customers. Will not be coming here again.
