The only thing that disappointed me was because I was about a week late to have my car serviced within the free service window and they would not extend the free service. I would not recommend this dealer to other customers. Prior to visiting the dealer I contacted the salesman and confirmed that the $4000 military discount and $1000 BMW loyalty discount were available. I Prior to visiting the dealer I contacted the salesman and confirmed that the $4000 military discount and $1000 BMW loyalty discount were available. I also asked if I could get a better interest rate based on my excellent credit. The salesman quoted me 2.99% compared to the advertised 4.5%. When I arrived at the dealership and began discussing the cost of the vehicle the Sales Manager came to me with a reduced rebate - approximately $2500 compared to the quoted combined $5000. When I asked what happened to the 5k rebate the Sales Manager informed me that BMW does not allow the reduced interest rate with the advertised rebates. This felt like a bait and switch. We ended up negotiating a deal but I really did not feel like I was being dealt with honestly. And then, when I was dong the paperwork with the finance guy he informed me that I somehow agreed to put down another $2k in addition to the $20k plus for my trade in. I never agreed to the additional $2k down. Again, this just seemed like another shifty tactic for reasons I don’t understand which contributed to an overall negative experience. Finally, the next day the Sales Manager called me to verify that I completed the IDMe process on YOUR computer. Shouldn’t you people know that? It made me feel like he was looking for a way to claw back the military discount. I served for almost 41 years, it’s not something I would lie about. I had a much more positive experience at Weatherford BMW when I bought my first BMW. Not the type of review I like to provide but maybe the honest feedback will help improve the business practices at this dealer. More
