I came into the BMW Niello dealership in elk Grove wasn’t even looking for a BMW AT ALL and walked out with a 2026 BMW M2. The whole experience at BMW Elk Grove Niello was over the top from the finance manager Paul to Pooja, and the sales manager, I forgot his name, but he knows who he is if he reads this. To the porters that cleaned and detailed the car exceptional! I hope you guys continue to keep Pooja there and the whole team at elk Grove BMW, it was one of my favorite experiences in my life. Out of all the dealerships that I have been to over several years they were just welcoming, no pressure from the sales guys when when I initially rolled up with my friend. The dealership was very clean very modern unlike other dealerships I have been to.. I am going to continue to go to the dealership for any other needs for my BMW M2.
