I purchased a CPO 3 Series from Roseville BMW at the end of March 2026. The sales associate I worked with was friendly and professional, and the overall buying experience initially seemed very positive. My of March 2026. My interaction with the finance manager also appeared satisfactory at the time. However, I later discovered a significant issue. During the financing process, I purchased a maintenance package that I was told would provide coverage for six years. A few weeks after the purchase, I learned that the package actually only covers three years. Had I been given accurate information, I would have evaluated the purchase differently. Since discovering the discrepancy, I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership for clarification and resolution. Unfortunately, my calls have either been disconnected, or messages have been taken without any follow-up. While my experience with the sales team was positive, I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the apparent misrepresentation of the maintenance package. I would encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle there to carefully review all finance and warranty products and verify the details independently before signing. More
