Follow up communication is substandard . .. promises verbally made but not honored. Extremely difficult to get live conversation. BMW service center damaged my car during a simple oil and brake fluid service. After they worked on my vehicle, the air conditioner stopped working, and they refused to take responsibility or repair it. Very brake fluid service.
