The team at BMW Carlsbad is nothing less than Top Notch! Shea was fantastic! His level of communication far exceeded my expectations, ensuring I had a positive experience. Cody wrapped up the deal with me and I couldn't have been more pleased. As I walked towards my new M60i, I noticed Cody had taken the liberty of adding in M valve caps as well as a BMW license plate frame. May not seem like much to most, but to me it showed a genuine care. I appreciate everyone I interacted with at BMW of Carlsbad and this will not be my last purchase with them. We had a wonderful car buying experience with Auto Nation's Carlsbad BMW. Our salesman, Ben Regis was very knowledgeable about all of the features on our new i4 BMW and spent a great deal of time helping us (not very tech. savvy older people) to understand how everything worked. We truly appreciated all of his patience and positive attitude. Ben made us feel very relaxed and comfortable through the whole purchase process. Edith Loya, our financial advisor was also very positive and again made our whole buying experience a very pleasant one. We were very pleased overall with the service and deal we received and we will definitely buy our next car through an AutoNation dealership.

It was a great experience overall. The sales staff was very attentive and the General Manager made sure that all of my needs were met. I had to travel by train for four hours to pickup my vehicle and everyone at the dealership worked very efficiently to ensure I got thru the paperwork and received my new BMW M2 as shiny and clean as possible with a full tank of gas, and ready to go, in less than an hour. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely consider buying another car from this dealership again. Thank you!!
