I dropped by without an appointment, seeking only advice regarding a loose and crumbling weather seal on the body of my rear passenger door. I was prepared to schedule a repair or order the part, but Zachary immediately dropped what he was doing to assist me. He quickly assessed the issue and, to my surprise, found that they had the exact replacement seal in stock. After I purchased the part, Zachary went above and beyond by installing it for me right then and there. This level of quick, hands-on service was truly impressive. I have always taken both of my Hondas to this dealership for service and have consistently received great care, but Zachary's kindness and willingness to help immediately meant a lot. Thank you, Zachary, for making this repair so quick and painless! I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Zachary for their exceptional service and support.

Frankie the finance guy made things quick and painless. Our deal was done mostly over the phone/email, and once complete, we only spent a short time at the dealership to drive away. On Saturday, September 27 2025, we were in the market for definately one, possibly two vehicles. (Business and personal and the personal was still up in the air as we were going back and forth between a Ford truck and a Mercedes Benz). As business owners, we appreciate people who conduct business is an informative and attentive yet non intrusive way and John Dye is that person! When we dealt with Billy (the "numbers guy", and while we get he's trying to be a mover and shaker and close the deal), if he would have been our first contact we would have left the dealership. Now, please understand, we like the guy, but we are numbers people also and the math just wasn't mathing and he gets a bit nervous if confronted with it. Good guy, but that's all. At any rate, due to lack of flexibility in the numbers for the two vehicles we were interested in, and the length of time it took to go back and forth, we settled on one vehicle and will continue looking around for the second one in the near future. We want your company to know that we expect and hope that John Dye receives any/all commissions for the sale of our new 2025 Ford Lariat as if it wasn't for John Dye we would have gone elsewhere. Wanted to say that our experience with the Service Manager Will was excellent!! Purchased a used Ford F150 and after only 2 days the check engine light came on. Had it diagnosed by a 3rd party and the codes came back that both catalytic converters, that had been replaced during the re-conditioning process, were malfunctioning. I brought the truck in, Will took a look at it and within an hour came back and said that Carizona was going to replace both catalytic converters at no charge to us. Additionally, we had an issue with the lock on one of the doors that Will also took care of at no charge. Will turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great service experience. Would definitely buy from Carizona again and plan to have my other vehicles serviced at Carizona as well!!
