I traded my Chevy Colorado in for a Suburban and Isaiah helped me with the purchase. He was very professional and the whole group of people I met where great. On my way home the tire light came on and I called to let them know. I talked to Will the service manager told me to come on Tuesday to fix it at no charge. The tire guy found that the three other sensors were weak and would fail soon. Will found me in the show room and told me that they would install all new tire pressure sensors on the truck I purchased from them at no cost instead of just installing the one bad sensor. That was great customer service. Thanks Will. And thank you for your professional crew to get the job done fast. If I would look for more services I will be calling. This is how professional customer service should be at all dealer. I would buy again here. Thanks

Also, it took me 3 months to have the car registered in New Jersey and the temporary registration for the car expired in the meantime. bojan did not abandon me even after the sale. We had an amazing experience with Volvo of Tucson. Bought a certified v60. The car is in great shape and the warranties are even better. It is so comfortable, sleek and safe! Marty and Jason were fantastic sales team members and we had fun working with them. The financial team worked hard to help us, we were in a bind because we had just purchased a challenger scat pack and then I got into an accident that totaled my minivan (in the same night) so, we weren’t anticipating having to buy another car after the challenger. But they helped us! They don’t pressure, no game playing, just there to help you. We had been to a local VW dealership on the east side, the difference in care, quality, and honesty is night and day. No gimmicks, no hidden prices, nothing dishonest. They are all amazing! I highly recommend.
