In May 2026, I started my search for the perfect pre-owned Jeep Wrangler, two door. I started my search in CA where I live. My search took me to several Jeep dealerships where I found a few nice used Jeep Wranglers but the dealer mark-ups were ridiculous, $395 for locking lug nuts and $395 for protective door edge, and others. These mark-ups are the pattern at Jeep dealerships in CA, so I walked away. I visited AZ and took the opportunity to look for used Jeeps which lead me to Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to checkout an advertised Jeep Wrangler. As I entered the dealership, Mr. Cam Jackson greeted me with smile and a handshake. Cam directed me to the advertised Jeep Wrangler; 10 minutes later we were on a test drive; 30 minutes later I committed to buying the Jeep. I jokingly asked Cam where were the usual CA dealer mark-ups? Cam said there are no games and NO CA dealer mark-ups at Tempe Chrysler Jeep, just quality cars and trucks at a good price. During the purchase process Sales Supervisor Matthew Bod and Sales Manager Charles McFarlane congratulated me on my purchase. Vaniessia assisted me in completing the associated paperwork. Good job Cam Jackson you are a Sales Professional and a great representative of Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

If it weren’t for Kyle, we would have never even considered this dealership. He was absolutely AMAZING, communicative, efficient, and genuinely invested in helping us. His sales manager, Gary, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and worked with us to ensure we landed on a payment that was realistic and affordable. That alone was such a huge relief for us. The finance manager, Danielle, was also fantastic! So organized, prepared, and efficient. This was hands down the smoothest car buying experience we’ve ever had. We couldn’t recommend this team more!

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

I have.I had great service at this dealership. Joel Ingalls has been my service adviser. He is very motivated to complete my truck's repairs. He communicates with me while my vehicle is being serviced. I had my truck serviced last month, and expressed that my breaks were replaced, but they still squeaked. This time, it was found that the rotors were glazed. The problem was solved, at no charge. I travel across town to go to Larry Miller on 22nd dealership. They have delicious coffee and munchies as well!!
