Have bought an Outback & a Forester at Camelback Subaru in Phoenix. 2013 Outback had overheating issues after the 90,000-mile service, so I traded it in on a newer Forester. My 2021 Forester was just in Phoenix. 2013 Outback had overheating issues after the 90,000-mile service, so I traded it in on a newer Forester. My 2021 Forester was just in for some vandalism repair work & 60,000 mile servicing. Parts were ordered in a timely fashion by Dejon in Service Dept. & Mitch in Parts. Shoutouts to both! Appointments were readily available. I was able to use a coupon for a free loaner. Chloe , Service Director , is great to work with, knowledgeable & very competent. Kudos to Chloe! Had a great experience. More

I came in the dealership knowing what I already wanted. They showed me the inventory and compared other vehicles and options. I decided to go with a vehicle that was in transit. Kaden showed me the options They showed me the inventory and compared other vehicles and options. I decided to go with a vehicle that was in transit. Kaden showed me the options of the vehicle and what to expect when it came in. The vehicle arrived at the dealership when I was told it would. We went over all the options again. Kaden showed me around the dealership, set up my first service appointment and spoke with a delivery specialist about the features on my vehicle. I have another appointment in 2 weeks to make sure I know how to use the options. Maybe I won’t need it but still, they have people to ask any question after the sale. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle where there’s been any follow up let alone appointments to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. More
