Our sales person Angel was fantastic, he was patient and spent many weeks looking for the car that we wanted. Angel walked us through the controls of the car and even set up our first no cost maintenance appointment. The other members of the sales team were also great, I wasn't pressured into purchasing something I didn't want or needed. The time spent on closing the deal was reasonable and thorough. The sales manager took the time to introduce himself. They all treated us with care. The actual facility is fantastic, it's a newer facility with refreshments and clean bathrooms. I'm really glad we purchased our vehicle from Tucson Subaru!

The amount they gave me was actually slightly above an online estimate amount which was a great surprise. Buying a new car in today’s economy came with some hesitancy but overall I’m very happy I went to Royal Kia and I’m confident they’ll take good care of me moving forwards.

During their final inspection and detail, they identified an item that they weren’t completely satisfied with and replaced the front tires before delivery at no cost to me. That really showed me they stand behind the vehicles they sell and pay attention to the details. What really stood out was how easy everything was. No dealer add-ons, no surprise fees, and absolutely no pressure to buy GAP or an extended warranty. They even let you take the car on a test drive by yourself, which I really appreciated. Financing was approved almost immediately and the entire process was quick and straightforward. I actually told Kris that the experience was so good that it almost makes me want to buy another car just because of how this purchase went. That’s about the best compliment I can give.
