If it weren’t for Kyle, we would have never even considered this dealership. He was absolutely AMAZING, communicative, efficient, and genuinely invested in helping us. His sales manager, Gary, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and worked with us to ensure we landed on a payment that was realistic and affordable. That alone was such a huge relief for us. The finance manager, Danielle, was also fantastic! So organized, prepared, and efficient. Although the initial issue couldn’t be recreated through diagnostics and driving the vehicle I was given a course of action should the problem with my vehicle reoccur . The experience at this dealer was a night and day difference than what we had at a few other dealers the day before. Eli was great to work with, very helpful, not too pushy, willing to negotiate and it seemed like although he was there to make a sale, he still valued us as customers and people and tried everything he could to get us the best value. He was respectful even when we walked away, and allowed us time outside of the dealership to think and he followed up with us in a reasonable amount of time to invite us back in for some more 'negotiations'. It was overall a great car buying experience.
