I wish sometimes I was closer when I needed preventative maintenance but not always possible. Beverages provided. And the text you with updates while you wait and stop by to keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle.

My service writer was very kind and accommodating when I got there. I explained that my batteries were bad cause I had to jump start my truck. She said if it wasn’t under warranty, she could get me out in about 1 1/2 hrs but since it was, it would take at least 2 hrs just to test them then they would replace them. I get the whole cover yourself stuff in this industry but it doesn’t take 2 hrs to test batteries. I work in the industry and know better. Not only that, but my truck sat there for two days before it was even touched and it was only touched because I demanded the batteries be swapped and if the other issues that were there came back, I’d bring the truck back. I knew those other issues were because of the batteries. I’m happy but not exactly ecstatic. I was hoping that since my truck was gonna be there for a few days that the other warranty issues I had were gonna be addressed but not one of them were.

I feel confident when I leave there my car is safe and any and all issues have been addressed. I am equally pleased with Arrowhead Honda. Their facility is immaculate and extremely comfortable. There is ample waiting room filled with lots of amenities. Not only are there seating areas, but tables that have outlets and make doing whatever you need to do easy so that you can make constructive use of any wait time if you decide to wait. James was a top notch and went above and beyond to help me purchase a vehicle remotely. The full staff at Courtesy Nissan was great to work with but James outshined them all. I was nervous about buying a car without touching it and driving it but James sent me a bunch of super detailed videos highlighting everything perfectly. He was very energetic and positive which made the care buying experience great. I usually hate buying cars and do not typically like dealing with sales people but I can not say the same for James. He was very responsive and helped me get through the process. I just took delivery of the vehicles and it is exactly how presented. If you are shopping from a car from Courtesy Nissan in Mesa ask for James.
