Why did you limit me to 5 stars?!? Hoov is a 10 star salesman. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from Hoov at Findlay Toyota Prescott and he is the best. Hoov is zero pressure and will spend hours looking for the right vehicle for you. He just gives you the best deal up front and you know it. No “negotiating” required. Best dealership in Northern Arizona!!

I helped my mom (76) buy a new Hyundai Kona from LHM Hyundai in Peoria, AZ and was very impressed with the buying experience. I've been helping family and friends buy cars for 30 years, and this is the nicest, most helpful, lowest-pressure experience ever! Our sales rep, Theresa Yont, was more informed about the car's specs and features than any sales rep I've worked with before (dozens), and she was not pushy, patronizing, or condescending at all. She was very easy-going, got us everything we needed, and was very accommodating for my mom (who was very nervous about getting a new-fangled high-tech modern vehicle). She even helped us unfreeze my mom's credit reporting. The price they gave us was actually LOWER than what was advertised without the need to haggle, and there were NO dealer add-ons! That is mind-blowing in new-car sales. Our paperwork guy, Mauricio Sanchez was also very nice and offered, but didn't push extended warranties or service contracts and pointed out that LHM doesn't pay on commission which explains why they are so friendly and helpful rather than sleazy, aggressive, or sneaky like some dealership personnel. I would definitely recommend LHM over any other dealership (Anywhere! I've worked with many), and ask for Theresa Yont.

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

If it weren’t for Kyle, we would have never even considered this dealership. He was absolutely AMAZING, communicative, efficient, and genuinely invested in helping us. His sales manager, Gary, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and worked with us to ensure we landed on a payment that was realistic and affordable. I was very pleased with the staff at Echo Park dealership. Joseluis Cortez listen to what I want to look at, did not try to sell me a different vehicle, went over all of the options to buy extra for the vehicle.(which I declined). He did not pressure me into buying anything extra. He helped with financing, got my answer right away and went home with the vehicle I wanted that night. I was able to get a warranty from the dealership for 1,000 miles or one month and all of the remaining warranty on the Kia for 4 years. After buying the vehicle we had it checked out by our mechanic and he said the vehicle was in great condition no problems. I just want to thank Echo Park dealership for being honest. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Well, we came in so I could check out what the seats look like in the Buick Enclave. Somehow we walked out with a brand new car! Absolutely no pressure from Tom and our experience with Samuel Engler in finance was just as good. Christian (the one who usually goes by his last name) sat in the backseat of the car and pointed out every single feature and what they did. I've already told people if they want a car to start with Tom! Everyone at this dealership was very down to earth and fun to talk to!

I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. I have.I had great service at this dealership. Joel Ingalls has been my service adviser. He is very motivated to complete my truck's repairs. He communicates with me while my vehicle is being serviced. I had my truck serviced last month, and expressed that my breaks were replaced, but they still squeaked. This time, it was found that the rotors were glazed. The problem was solved, at no charge. I travel across town to go to Larry Miller on 22nd dealership. They have delicious coffee and munchies as well!!
