He was extremely welcoming, engaging and we talked about cheese, the Tour, the marathons he ran in Milwaukee WI, and his service to our country, 31 yrs. I was in the waiting room and he came back to speak with me and gave a military challenge coin. I was completely taken back by his hospitality. His personal touch and smile definitely was a pleasant surprise. That personal touch is what sets great businesses apart from good businesses. The dealership is fortunate to have employees like Brandon.

Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! Because Al has worked with us so long, we asked him for suggestions for our next SUV. Al gave us great insight into the different vehicles which we took with us to work with Jacob. He did an excellent job explaining the technical differences between the trim packages, difference between the car styles we were considering, and helping us make sure we got a car that met our needs: flat towable, good for dirt roads, etc. I would definitely recommend that you call ahead and set up an appointment with Justin if you are looking for a vehicle. He is so easy to communicate with, he will make you comfortable, and he will answer your questions.
