Had a great experience with purchasing but right around 12 days after purchasing my jeep. It over heated and I called my sales representative Ryan McNair and he said he would call me back, he called me bac 12 days after purchasing my jeep. It over heated and I called my sales representative Ryan McNair and he said he would call me back, he called me back in like 10mins and said since I purchased a extended warranty I can take it anywhere that is ASE certified including the dealership. When I took it to dealership I was being told that it will cost $220.00 for diagnostic and is was going to cost me $749.00 for full repair. I paid the $220.00 and took it to another mechanic and paid $163.00 after my warranty kicked in their side. Unfortunately I needed a rental because we needed a car that costed $200.00 as well out of pocket was $583.00. After only owning it for under 15 days. They did ask me to bring down car but it was already at mechanic shop and I was worries it would cause more problems with motor. If it fully overheated Wasn’t fully happy with how Rollit motors handled it but you live and learn Worst part of this I’m looking for a new work truck and now I know I’m not buying from here. Absolutely one of the more shady dealers I have delt with. I bought a vehicle from them and it took 2 weeks before I had to call the finance company to get my vehicle shipped. Then, after it got shippe with. I bought a vehicle from them and it took 2 weeks before I had to call the finance company to get my vehicle shipped. Then, after it got shipped the manager accused me of agreeing to pay an extra $300 to have it expedited, like what are you expediting!?!? It has been two weeks! Also, once I finally got the vehicle: The tire pressure sensors were not synced I had to buy a new battery becomes the one that was in it was trash! The key fob was broken, I should have known because the sales person hid it in the videos he sent me. And FINALLY, after not even having it a month on my possession, it’s in the shop with a starting repair bill of $1000! I would not buy any vehicle from this deal, they brag and talk a big game, but do not give any cares about the customer. PS. I was also laughed at for asking for a video of the dash with it being cranked and running. To which the sales person said “we don’t sell cars with check engine lights on.” You are right you cover it up and ship them out to ppl, so they come on when they get them! I have text proof of all this. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Update:Sept 20, 2025 Had a authorized GM mechanic work on my vehicle and he sent me picture and said, “someone has been in it” Update: Oct 4, 2025 Just got off the phone with Jason and manager here. They are refusing to help with the repairs on the vehicle they sold me Aug 19, 2025 but didn’t get in my possession till Sept 16, 2025. Which has no got up to $2000. The mechanic I have working in it has discovered that engine work has been done on this vehicle recently, the ECM was replaced recently with one that was out of a junk yard. Rollit Motor is claiming to stand behind a 15 day 500 mile implied warranty, but fail to realize that AZ has consumer fraud laws. None of the resent discoveries were told to me about the vehicle before I bought it, the fuel rail, the injector harness malfunction or the ECM failing! Also, Jason’s reply to these things is that it’s my fault for not buying the extended warranty, and that I took a gamble buying the used car. It’s a 2019 Yukon XL Denali! Less then 30 days of me driving it and major engine problems occur. To top it all off, he pretty much said that I have no fight in court cause of this implies warranty paperwork I signed. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Also, they will block you and report you if you share your experience with them on other social platforms!!! More
