This gentleman and his employee, Mohammed Habibi made my car-buying experience the worst I’ve ever had. To explain, I had an approved loan from Chase, but the car I originally wanted was sold. I then decided on a Passat and mentioned to them a minimum of five times, please do not run my credit check, just ask Chase to recalculate the existing approval, and if they refuse (because of high mileage) DO NOT ASK ANY OTHER BANK!!! Mister Rocco and his employee, Mohammed Habibi, ran credit checks with various banks without my knowledge. As a result, I received 11 hard inquiries on my credit report. They even attempted to run a check for a car that we hadn't discussed. The best part was when I finally figured out what they were doing. I asked them why they did it when I specifically told them not to. Their response was, "It wasn't me; it was Chase running the credit check by itself." This was meant to be a story for a two-year-old, but it turned out to be a really humiliating experience. It was absolutely frustrating! Most greedy experience in my life. Stay away from those two!!! I'm very disappointed at this time because I bring my vehicle for recall about engine cover and annual service and I had to wait 4 hours to get my car back. When I get back home I open the hood and I not vehicle for recall about engine cover and annual service and I had to wait 4 hours to get my car back. When I get back home I open the hood and I noticed all the engine cover missing , called to maintenance and guy that answered the phone he told me bring your vehicle back to install that and next the I had to drive another 30 miles for nothing they told me they can't put it back I paid too much for this vehicle and now Volkswagen takes parts out of my vehicle. I paid for the engine covers too that is not for free. I not recommend Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago. They don't have good communication to the costumers. I'm not go there anymore. More
