First oil change in was great. It overcharged me. I went for an oil change and I ended up paying for an unwanted tire rotation. I waited three hours at the lobby and when I went to ask the attendant about my oil change, she told me that she was calling my husband and me, when we specifically agree that I would be - in person - waiting to be called back in the lobby. I should get a 50% rebate for overcharging me and forgetting me for three hours in the establishment lobby. More
I was not pleased with my service. I was not told what was found wrong with my car even though I knew my brakes were bad they did not even say nothing but they were supposed to check.
