I believe based on how much I drive, that adding it was a good idea, But I would have preferred time to make that decision. Over all excellent people. Came in for a simple crankshaft sensor. When I picked my car up it smelled of burnt clutch and now rattles in 1st and 5th gear. It’s clear someone was driving my car at this dealership who When I picked my car up it smelled of burnt clutch and now rattles in 1st and 5th gear. It’s clear someone was driving my car at this dealership who didn’t know how to drive manual or was using my car to learn. Will probably require a new clutch now. Additionally, I asked for an appraisal on my car, spoke to sales and never got anything in return. He also referred to children as “life suckers” which is a pretty terrible thing to say to a customer with 4 kids. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More

He always answers all my questions and tells me to call him or drop by the dealership with any questions or concerns. I had mud flaps installed yesterday and Lily Keibler in service was amazing. Both Lily and Jeff were instrumental in getting the mud flaps from the parts department and installed in under one hour. Great customer service. The service and waiting areas were clean. The waiting area was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, snacks, drinks and large screen TVs. More
