This current experience at Toyota Direct was complicated by outside companies that had the part/service I needed. When all of this was straightened out, my repair was taken care of. They didn’t rotate my tires as asked during oil change and they misplaced my car when it was done they sent me outside to a holding lot to find it and it wasn’t there. I had to come back in and walk acros and they misplaced my car when it was done they sent me outside to a holding lot to find it and it wasn’t there. I had to come back in and walk across all the service bays to find someone to help. I ended up asking the Continental tire guy who was nice enough to track it down for me. The alignment they did made my steering wheel vibrate horribly but I don’t want to go back to these CLOWNS. More

Overall good service, but I asked the technician to check my tire pressure becasue my light was on. He was rotating my tires and said they'd air them up.
