Toyota Direct took about 4 hours to get me quotes for buying a new Highlander and then to get through financing. This seems rather long. From the moment I was drove in I was greeted with a smile. From the Mechanics to the associates, I made a next day appointment for an oil change and they informed me of other services that were needed smile. The waiting room was comfortable and there were snacks and drinks available which I appreciated that. When the work was done I greeted and taken to checkout area and told what had been done and the results. I was also informed when I would need to come back. The service that I received was excellent and it was so easy to schedule an appointment. Thank you Toyota for taking care of all my car care needs. More
