Came to trust them I probably went to three Toyota dealerships around Central Ohio, and they all had good sales people. But my wife and I really liked Russell at Toyota I probably went to three Toyota dealerships around Central Ohio, and they all had good sales people. But my wife and I really liked Russell at Toyota Direct because of his low-key, friendly approach. Not once did I feel like I was getting the hard sell, and we ended up coming back three times over two months to look at cars. We ended up buying new instead of a late-model used car, so I'm glad we took our time. I'm the kind of guy who keeps cars for a long time, but I'd go back there for the next one. More

Unfortunately, very disappointed … I don’t consider myself a demanding or difficult customer and I didn’t go to Toyota Direct looking for the deal of the century. All I expect is hone … I don’t consider myself a demanding or difficult customer and I didn’t go to Toyota Direct looking for the deal of the century. All I expect is honesty and to stand by your word. I have been looking at buying a Sienna van for a little over a month and to trade in my current Toyota vehicle. I talked to many different Toyota dealerships and was looking for the right deal to fit my family’s budget. I first stopped at Toyota Direct and was greeted by a sales representative that was great -- easy to talk, straight forward with no nonsense. I did not see anything that day that was in my specific price range but decided to have my car appraised while there in the event we would come back for a vehicle should one match budget. Later that same day I received a message for the appraised value of my car for trade in. So far, so good… I continued to check prices and inventory for almost a month and noticed the specific vehicle I had originally inquired about was reduced in price and was within my range given the trade in value for my current vehicle. That same day I called to talk numbers to finalize what I thought was going to be a done deal. The price of the Sienna was great, the financing was good, and then the trade in value of my car was $2,500 less then what I was originally told! After being very confused, I asked why my car was no longer being valued at the original price just a few weeks prior. I was told “the demand for your car has gone down”. So apparently, a car can depreciate $2500 in just weeks. We continued back and forth and I was told I can take my car to Carmax to see what they would give me, at that point it didn’t sound like a bad idea as I am sure they know how to treat people and would at least stand by the numbers being promised. Furthermore, the price they originally quoted me for the trade-in was fair market and had been offered to me at 3 other dealerships. I contemplated trading elsewhere and buying the vehicle from Direct Toyota, but I would rather not patronize a company with such a lack of integrity and respect for perspective customers. I do suppose they were helpful saving me time by lying to me on the phone instead of dragging me in and doing it to my face. Have some pride in where you get your family vehicle and go to a reputable dealership that stands by their word. More

I wanted a Toyota because my son-in law owned one and was pleased, to say the least. (As an Old Dog I can learn new tricks) Russell Duddroe was Toyota Direct's on line salesman at the time and from then on we were hooked! Russell was great, found the vehicle we wanted, the price we needed and had the time to make us feel needed! I'm a firm believer that you service where you buy, my Tacoma has never been any where else! I'm treated with respect and the service staff makes me feel as though they really care that I'm their customer. As a former purchasing manager for 30 years I found that price was important but not as important as service and support. When I buy, I look for a Dealership that has a good price, good service and a staff that knows the customer is his real employer. Toyota Direct Hits The Bullseye on ALL 3! My wife is nearing retirement and will have to give up her company Toyota Camry with a modest 110000 miles (the last one had close to 200,000 miles). We'll be heading to Toyota Direct sometime this year to look at the RAV4. Sharpen The Pencil Russell!!! More
Matt Carroll is the best! 3 years ago my car finally gave up the ghost! I needed a new car (vs. a used one-too many headaches for a non traditional full time student) and had n 3 years ago my car finally gave up the ghost! I needed a new car (vs. a used one-too many headaches for a non traditional full time student) and had no way of getting to the dealer to look at vehicles. Matt came and picked me up in sporty Camry- it was beautiful- but I have a lead foot and I new that would get me I trouble. Matt listened to me and helped me find what was best for my needs- a new Camry! He's kind attentive and patient! Fast forward 3 years later and I've just experienced another wonderful experience with Matt! I appreciate the hard work he put in to get me into my dream car-2015 Venza!! I am SOOO loving it! Matt is still the best!!!! Thanx for the special gift!! I appreciate Toyota Direct for having someone like Matt on staff who isn't pushy, impatient or only interested in just the sale. It'll be awhile before I get another car, but if something great happens and I can afford another one- I'll be seeing Matt for his assistance. And I really appreciated Malek! His kindness and humor made signing the papers easier than it usually is!! Thanx guys! More
